Malaysian Higher Education Delegation Visited the College

    On December 18th, a delegation of 12 people from 5 colleges and universities from Malaysia, visited our college, including Helmy Sulaima, Minister of Marketing and External Relations of the Malaysian Education Global Service Center (EMGS), and Wang Yong, International Admissions Manager of Taylor University, Malaysia, etc. Chen Changhui, member of the Party Committee and vice president of the college, and members from other department attended the meeting, including the Academic Affairs Office, the Department of Economics and Trade, and the Foreign Affairs Office.

    Chen Changhui firstly expressed his sincere welcome to the delegation led by Minister Helmy Sulaima from EMGS. He said our college has been actively promoting vocational educational cooperation with countries along the “Belt and Road” area and therefore we hope that through the EMGS educational exchange visit to Sichuan, we can establish closer and friendly relations with several universities and reach a consensus on project cooperation. He also introduced the achievement made by the college in recent years, including international cooperation and exchanges. He then expressed the expectation to explore future cooperation on students’ exchange and teachers’ training.

    Minister of Marketing and External Relations of EMGS, Helmy Sulaima introduced the members of the Malaysian Higher Education Delegation and expressed their expectation to carry out down-to-earth exchanges and cooperation with our college. After that, the representatives of the Higher Education Learning Philosophy and UNIRAZAK University expressed their hope to establish cooperative relations with our college through the exchange of students and teachers.

   Soon after that, members of the Malaysian Higher Education Delegation visited the training center and infrastructure of the college, appreciated the traditional Chinese tea show presented by the students of the Department of Economic and Trade Management and then took a group photo.
