Memorandum of International Cooperation Signed with The Lincoln College Group

    Gary Headland, CEO of the Lincoln College Group in the UK, visited our school on the afternoon of June 14th and signed a memorandum on the cooperation between our two parties. Dean of Chengdu Industry and Trade College, Ling Hong, and deputy dean Ren Zhong, attended the signing ceremony.

    At the signing ceremony, Ling extended a warm welcome to Mr. Gary and his delegation from the Lincoln College Group and made a brief introduction about the college, including the majors and courses for intentional cooperation. Ling said that she hopes to continue to broaden up students' horizons and improve teaching quality by integrating international education resources and learning from advanced international teaching standards, so as to cultivate more high-quality international talents to adapt to the development of today's world and society.

 

    Mr. Gary showed his gratitude to the college for the warm welcome and hospitality, and from his side briefly introduced the Lincoln College Group. He said that they attached great importance to international development and cooperation, which was also an important strategic development goal of the group.

    After that, an MOU was signed between the Lincoln College Group of United Kingdom and Chengdu Industry and Trade College. And agreement on issues including exchange visits between teachers and students, short-term training and curriculum development, were reached upon.

 

    Finally, professional staff in relevant areas made further communication and discussion on the cooperation projects in details.

 

    Before the meeting, Mr. Gary and his delegation visited the college campus, the training center and the school-enterprise cooperation training base.
